Issue #4

This issue follows Katie's photography as the San Diego comedy scene deals with a pandemic, an essay on Ben Franklin and pirates, and a summer playlist to listen to as you peruse the pages.

Each issue of The Kove makes printed pages digitally interactive by adding QR codes throughout so readers can open the playlist, buy merch, and become a contributor.

A few years ago, Katie put together a collection of her work and called it a magazine. The Kove started in 2016 as a way to display Katie’s artwork, photography, and writing. It’s been revived during the recent pandemic and is full of photo spreads, graphic design, and irrelevant essays.
